The surveys are kind of interesting. The first study like this one I participated in was Genes for Good - https://genesforgood.sph.umich.edu/ which was similar with lots of different surveys.

John - I was in the market for a new Fitbit because mine was getting old and skipping a few beats. Santa was watching I guess.... today I got an invitation from All of Us to get a Fibit free from them, if they could use the data for research. Talk about another win/win!

I figure that anything we can participate in that might help our own inquiries about our health while simultaneously helping advance future understanding and healthcare for others is a win/win.
