Osteoporosis and osteoarthritis

I have had multiple surgeries.
My most recent is revision back surgery
I am 65 and just diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have been on steroids and inhalers for years.
I am still facing shoulders surgeries one a year
I am nervous and I want the safest way to hand this with anything natural if possible.
I am very upset, I have fibromyalgia also and am on a lot of meds.
Are there any really safe medications.
