Osteoporosis and osteoarthritis

I have had multiple surgeries.
My most recent is revision back surgery
I am 65 and just diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have been on steroids and inhalers for years.
I am still facing shoulders surgeries one a year
I am nervous and I want the safest way to hand this with anything natural if possible.
I am very upset, I have fibromyalgia also and am on a lot of meds.
Are there any really safe medications.

Yes there are safe medicines. Everyone reacts differently to each medicine. Without knowing your DEXA scores it is hard to comment on which one(s) might be good for you, so you can ask your doctor.
