← Return to Thyroid? Or something else? Constant internal shakiness

I first became aware of internal vibrations a year ago. While in bed, I thought the bed was vibrating. I feel it mostly from my waist down. I don't have this during the day - even when I am lying down. I thought the a/c was shaking the walls. This continues every night when I go to sleep. It feels like a cell phone is in my back pocket and the vibrations are strong. I don't have external tremors. I take amnitryptoline every night before bed. What is this?
Who can help me? All blood tests are normal, thyroid, heart. The only medical issue I have is Barretts esophagus which I take pantoprazole daily.

Welcome @jackieshornsby, You mentioned that you take amitriptyline every night before bed. One of the side effects of the drug is tremors which I think can be similar to what you are describing.

Have you discussed the internal vibrations with your doctor to see if they might be caused by taking the amitriptyline?

Same have not found answer been to many doctors
