Long Covid come and go or ongoing

Had Covid the end of October. Still feel tired and out of energy at times. Last eeek got my Covid booster(#3).
Each day seems different and a little better than the tired feeling I had before.

I also had covid that last week of October, 2022. I have good days , which means I have energy about 4-6 hours, and then I’m shot (back to the couch) the rest of the day. I have other days when I just have no energy. I usually feel it coming on by breaking out in a sweat, my doctor said there’s nothing I can do but wait it out.
