@ritabtripp

I thought I read in one of the earlier posts that jumping on a mini trampoline was helpful for osteoporosis??? My integrated medicine doctor suggested a body vibrator. Several years ago I was told wearing a weighted vest would help. Does anyone have any experience with any of these being helpful for their osteoporosis?

@ritatripp be careful! We don't know how severe your osteoporosis is.....I do tai chi and it helps and is gentle.

High intensity vibration exercisers pose risks to those with osteoporosis. I stopped using mine after 9 months. Also, I've heard warnings from Sara Meeks that weighted vests can cause vertebral fractures. For guidance on safe exercises for osteoporosis, check out Margaret Martin at MelioGuide and Dr. Loren Fishman, 12 Poses vs Osteoporosis,, and also Sara meeks. All can be Googled. Take care.
