@ddaleygunther yes and yes. Fluocinonide works in my mouth for lichen planus but not on my scalp. did nothing for my mouth. Prednisone works when I get hives, but not for anything else. Go figure, eh! I am an anomaly - what works for/on others doesn’t work for/on me and vice versa. Then there are things that work on other and also on me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@ddaleygunther since I last posted about my scalp itching here, I have started a new medication - Bimzelx - for psoriasis of my scalp and my scalp and itching cleared within two weeks after the first injection! My skin has been clear ever since, except for patches of what the dermatologist says is keratosis and “nothing to worry about” according to him. 🤷🏼‍♀️ at least my psoriasis has cleared and my scalp does not itch - but the rest of my body still itches, although there is no visible scaling or rash.

Going to ask my dermatologist about Diazepam that @nshugg mentioned and my physician about Naltrexone mentioned by @susanh824 for the general body itch I still have.

I’m having the same issue with my scalp and it’s itching like crazy and I have to put cortisone on the my scalp so I don’t scratch my self to death and I have sores on my scalp and now I’m having massive hair loss and I’ve never experienced this before and I have bald spots on my scalp and I’m so ashamed to be seen by anyone. I don’t know what to do.
