@tsc i fratured my elbow three weeks ago the swelling has gone downwith the medications and care we have taken on it, but i still felt a little pain there and it still stuck in the middle while am trying to raise it up, is it a sign of healing process please.

Hi @jameswilliam I am sorry about your elbow fracture. I'm not a doctor of medicine or a physical therapist so I can't answer your question. The best thing would be to ask your physician. Were you given a referral to physical therapy? Targeted exercises would probably help you build strength and regain function of your arm.
