Is there a way to relieve chronic tinnitus?
The patient is 26 years old and unfortunately diagnosed hearing loss at the age of 16, and the main symptom is tinnitus. but this year tinnitus has worsened, affecting sleep, do you have any good solutions for chronic tinnitus?

Tinnitus maskers with hearing aids help. Also Nature sounds such as a babbling brook or rain or waves all help me. I have a Sony Walkman that I take to bed with me that I have recorded programmed nature sounds downloaded from the internet. If the tinnitus is low pitched it’s harder to mask. I know because I have both low and high pitched tinnitus.
