You’ll most likely be disappointed. These products have less than 0.3% THC which is why they are legal. The stuff you get from dispensaries is much more than 0.3% THC and why it worked for you.
I am certainly no expert but have been reading about medical weed for pain and anxiety. Years ago I used to get sick when I smoked. So stopped for 20 years. Started w edibles but it could take 30-90 minutes for liftoff. Now I vape and microdose. A little at a time until the desired effect. During the day I use enough to begin to relax me but not high. Before bed I get high to sleep and wind down
Just an fyi. Delta 8 is not nearly as good as delta 9 and thco. Equal parts thc and cbd are known to be used for pain. Slow and steady
The absolute best site to learn is called Leafly. You don’t need a medical license to access the above mentioned. Many local gas stations now sell this and it’s legal because a loophole in some federal farm bill. Write down the brands etc and look it up on leafly I.e., gorilla glue strain and you can learn
