Yes. I have high anxiety due to chronic pain and use an Indica gummy at night to help me ""sleep". It does calm me down quite a bit without feeling high, which I like. They are called "Blackberry Fruit Chews" made by Smokies.
I would suggest that you find a store first that sells these products..they have staff you can talk to about your needs and they will make suggestions for you..a lot of the places that sell cannabis products are call centres and they offer menus but they don’t speak to you, it’s all done online.. I also think you need to check if you’re on any meds that they are compatible with marijuana because they could possibly interact..In all, cannabis has provided good results with helping cancer patients cope with the side effects of chemotherapy, it’s been used for many years for other medical ailments. I did a ton of research on this stuff and I think it’s a great way to start out so you have as much info as possible ahead of time, good luck and hope it’s helpful for you
There are also numerous podcasts out there on this subject. I can’t remember the name of the one I found helpful, but she knows a lot about the individual plants and what each one can help with. She offers a service where she can help figure out exactly what blends and dosages will help without having the adverse effects of feeling over medicated. I have anxiety and use it at night time to help me unwind my mind and relax my body
With or without THC? Have you ever used marijuana/cannabis before? If not, you'll want to be extremely careful about dosing, especially with edibles, whose effects sneak up on you can last for many hours. I use cannabis for relaxation/sleep, have a lot of experience with it, and yet I am very nervous about edibles, because of delayed onset of action, prolonged effects, and you don't know how the various doses can affect you, if too much can have the opposite of desired effect and actually make you ill. I agree that talking to someone at a dispensary with specialized knowledge is important, for dosing. If you're thinking about edibles with CBD but not THC, you should be all set, as they are not psycoactive - I don't derive benefit from CBD alone, but you might. I hear many do...

I use hemp gummies almost daily, especially when I have nausea. Delta-8 gummies work well for a lot of people but I prefer the stronger Delta-9 gummies because I get relief from just half a gummy so they are a better value. They help so much for pain (I have RA), nausea, anxiety, and just feeling down and in a funk. My whole mood is elevated because I know I have something to give me relief when I need it. Be careful if you’re new at these because they do give you euphoria and a “high” feeling. Best to just stay home when taking them but I find that if I’m with friends I can have a great time and they always think it’s the glass of wine I’m having. Of course, my closest friends all know I use gummies and some use them as well. It will take 45 minutes to an hour for the effects to kick in so don’t take extra, thinking they’re not working. Give it time! Here’s to relief for anyone who needs it!

Great question! Currently I'm in FL and buy them from a health food store. They're entirely legal. You can also go online and order them from the website Mood, or from Tommy Chong's website Cruise Chews. Both legitimate sites that send them by mail. When I'm back home I get them in MN at different places, even convenience stores. Just don't buy anything off the street! I haven't found them in Iowa yet but it's legal to have them mailed to Iowa. I'm sure I'll be able to buy them there soon but very convenient to get via mail.
Let me know if you have additional questions. I've been using them for several years. Used to get them with a medical marijuana card at dispensaries but have found I much prefer the hemp gummies because they're not as strong and much more relaxing for me. Also easier to purchase because they're legal to everyone.

What about CBD? Does it help with pain, anxiety, or sleep?
God bless you and may the Lord Jesus Christ bring you healing and comfort and guidance

Where do you get them? I never know who to trust, to buy from.
