Every day I cough up what looks like a scab with ugly mucous and blood

The ENT surgeon said it is unrelated. The site of the slough is not near the surgery site at all. Its near my adenoids. When it sloughs off it goes down my throat. Never through my nose. Left maxillary. I had a sinus infection for 6 months that did not respond to 3 different abxs.

In your first post, you said you never had sinus issues at all.
So I suppose I misinterpreted that.

So you only started experiencing this posterior drainage post surgery?
