However we can find out which terpines are in the cbd and thc and what strains seem to help

Used to smoke thc but then I started getting bad and racing thoughts and was like why would I pay for something that makes me feel worse also would get too high. During the day I use a thc and cbd vape. Only a few puffs and I feel the result quickly. If I want more will take a few more puffs until I’m at the desired effect. Not impaired at all during the day in order to function and before bed I take 60 mg gummy to sleep with some thc vape and I get high and able to go to sleep
Luckily my Endocrinologist has some knowledge and incorporates the vape as part of my wellness plan. On the other hand my pulmonologist wrote in my chart that I admit to using a vape. But damn it’s a medical prescription and they don’t write admits to using beta blockers. So make sure your physicians have understanding of the huge benifits

The issues I have with vape is that it's kind of an in-between high, if your use to a quick hit. Doctors may have issues with mold and other pathogens that are not destroyed unlike fully lighting with fire. When I did vape it was on a high heat so close to lighting it anyway. Also the new things is more believe holding a hit in for more than a second or two is not needed like the old school of thought and old dirt weed, ( low THC). Vaping being more of a long inhale if like holding your breath and longer exposure to who knows what. We live on oxygen, so this doesn't seem good. Hit it and quit it!

Pulmonologist are tuff ones to convenience especially if vaping ad if you have a pre-existing respiratory illness forget it. Glad you found compassionate docs though. We have a few here in Pennsylvania who are nay sayers but we are hoping recreational cannabis is here in 2 years. We have medical and that’s fine by me and 2 bordering states have recreational. Stay healthy, stay pain and happy.

So true! It expires and can get moldy. Will feel get like a soggy feel. If it has an ammonia type smell, its like gone, just dump it.
You have one set of lungs, they will grow more weed. Follow expiration within a few months. Buy a little flower, store cool, dry and air tight. Beware the 2 for one sales, you can get your choice of fresh stuff, when you run out. Things are changing quick, having to buy that big bag with todays quality should be a thing of the past!

I’ve gotten away from using flower as a past hippe who started toking at 16 I’ve had some pretty bad stuff in my day. I use vape cartridges and tinctures mostly and recently purchased a cream for an acute pain episode due to new dx. Hip Impingement. I like the ability to titrate my doses pretty specifically since I’ve replaced oxycodone with cannabis.

Honestly I haven't been tested for neuropathy but having so much surgery, think its a given. Was on Tramodol to get off Dilaudid, while on a host of of Gabba, Cymbalta. I got off the Tramodol as I felt like it was causing me more pain. Had me on so many it's hard to know if there are interactions between drugs, or allergies/ and having a reaction over time.
Researching on line reviews or complaint of these drugs may help. Getting off the Tramolol like them all was slow and painful, and i'm sure my doctor had to load me up with something to do it. It can be dangerous getting off some of these too fast. I'm just your average joe, I got off all the drugs my doctor put me on without his suggestion. After I had accomplished this he wanted to put me on an suboxone, I said no way. He was anti Cannabis. I got him to agree to a nurse that would prescribe me alternate treatment care with it. Your body will tell you when the drug your taking has stopped working, and side effects kick in. I don't understand why they work and then pain get worse. I know just adding more drugs to the ones you already take is probably the way drug interacts with others cause side effects and wear the body down in time. I had lower abdominal pain from Tramodol, scared me to death.

If one medication has stopped working and the Dr. puts you on something different, why are you still taking the first one? That doesn’t make sense. I went that route with different pain medications - found out which ones I was allergic to. Each time I was prescribed a different medication, I quit taking the one I was currently on.
From the list of pain meds you are taking, a lot of them interact with each other. And yes, the medications can quit working because our system becomes immune to it. That’s why your pain level is through the roof.

Ok, I was put on like 5 of these meds at the same time after fighting for my life for 4 months after a botched routine surgery. Next thing I know I have a 30 cm hernia. Took 2 years and many operations to me back together. I imagine I was on them all for pain. I am not taking anything now except xanax, 1 mg a day, and my Cannabis. You do not always get off a medication before starting another, it doesn't work like that with pain meds, you can die from withdrawals, at very best it is extremely painful. Some may or may not interact depends on the person. With pain medications I agree, you should be almost off one drug before starting another. I followed my doctors instructions to the letter seeing he was a pain management specialist. Never assume you understand the pain level a patient after massive major reconstructive surgery. For 5 years I couldn't feel most of my stomach and chest area due to these operations and nerve damage. A square foot of mesh is holding me together. I agree with your advice that these meds can cause pain in time taken together, that is why I insisted I lower and removed all of them for Cannabis. My doctor treated me for massive acute pain, and chronic would soon add to the equation. These drugs may have saved my life as physical trauma, and pain from stress, anxiety, emotional trauma, and other factors could have taken a toll on all my major organs that had failed during a one month induced ICU coma. I should be dead. But old fishermen never die, they just smell that way!

Drugs are used in many combinations to achieve the same thing as say a singular opioid, if you're allergic it. Can't help you understand if you don't listen. My pain is in control, and I was talking about past experiences with Tramadol. Everyones source of pain is different, so what works for your toes, may not work for someone with back pain. Don't try and tell others why their pain is through the roof if you don't understand something. Nothing is comparable here.

My friend's cardiologist had recommended a CBG, not CBD, product to her. The doctor had severe pain in his hand and swore this product is a game changer. He's now pain free. This doctor is a renowned cardiologist and my friend had been his patient for over 20 years, so she trusts him. Like me, she had very bad back and legs pain. Walking has become a chore and she uses a walker. She's very hopeful this product will help her too. I'm waiting to see if it works for her.
Has CBD/CBG products work for anyone out here? I have used CBD cream before but it didn't do anything for me.

I will check into CBG and CBG further.

Thanks, David Sweatt
