I'm not new but would like to prioritize what information I receive. That would be Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Laryngeal Sensory & Chronic Cough

I think you can do that through your notifications settings.
-- Click on your profile icon at the top right of the Connect window.
-- Select Profile & Settings
-- Select the Settings tab under your profile description
-- Scroll down to Notifications and then select Edit next to the option you want to modify

If you edit the Activity I Follow section, you can stop email notifications for discussions you are not interested in following.
