Female problems

Hello I had total hysterectomy in 2005. This last year im not able to have an a single day without pain where my female organs were, no matter what I am doing, even sitting still. I'm no longer able to have sex without extreme pain. I went to my OB and she recommended more sex. Please help...

@willows HI,

I don't have the bidet...it was my son's....maybe someone else can give you some info on adjusting the temperature. Did not feel cold when I used it that time. Never thought to ask about the temp.
