Positive effects from restarting effexor

I know everyone reacts differently but hoping to hear positive experiences. I just restarted effexor after tapering for 6 weeks and then restarting. I was completely off for 1 week and dr tried cipralex. The effects were not good. I was on 75 mg for 4 days and now trying 150. Anxiety and skin parathesia are not good, nor is mood. Also haven't slept well in 2 months. Anyone have positive feedback for restarting? I was on it for 11 years previously and will stick with it if it works.

I had to get off EFFEXOR cuz my blood 🩸 pressure went through the roof. I sure enjoyed the manic clear headed mind racing though.

You could also try CELEXA (CITALOPRAM) as a backup to or replacement for EFFEXOR in the future. I’ve been on it for 5 years with NO side effects. It’s used for anti anxiety & anti depressant symptoms.

Unfortunately I was apparently experiencing withdrawals from effexor while, at the same time, trying to start cipralex. The best solution was to restart effexor. So far, I feel it was the right thing to do. It's only been 2 weeks but hopeful.
