I have a friend with Migraine pain that is often. Is it possible that because she was born premature this has something to do with it? She often complains of nausea as well as when she tries to move forward the pain gets much worse. Pain is on both sides of her head. She also complains of nauseau often as well. She has had these issues since 10th grade. I believe she suffers from PTSD and anxiety as well as has jaw clenching, for which she has a mouth guard for but doesnt use it much. She has insomnia as well and this doesnt help as she doesnt get good sleep.
She is currently on several medications
apri atenolol luvox bupropion one of which is an extended release option.

@veranopage Here is some information that may help.

This article talks about grinding teeth among other things

Here is an excerpt:
“Bruxism, being teeth grinding in the night, is a response to mandibular instability. Lack of vertical height of the teeth, improper tongue posture (especially a completely lowered tongue), as well as TMJ stability will cause the nervous system to try to find stability in occlusion, by clenching the teeth together. This, of course, will just reduce the vertical dental height further over time as they are wearing out, and thus exacerbate the bruxism. “
