Yes, I have a GP who freaked out and said I should NOT be exercising at all! Time for a new GP!
I put my results here because I've seen several comments stating they can't comment because they don't know the numbers.
I will be starting with a personal trainer again, concentrating on my core to hopefully see improvement at next year's dexa.

A personal trainer with medical expertise in osteoporosis would be my priority. My lay person research has led me to understand that Compression fractures of the spine are possible with some core workouts that involve a forward curving spine ( think crunches) .
