Hi basco
I just had blood work this week my tacro was 2 but my liver enzymes are elevated, from what my TP team has told me they r not concerned w/the tacro at this point in my LT only the liver enzymes? So I am thinking every center is different. They r to contact me Monday about my enzymes, first time in 2yrs. that I have had them elevated. Not sure why..

@myfablife, Over the past 13+ years, my labs and my tacrolimus numbers have had some slight upward and downward levels. I have faithfully adhered to my routine lab schedule, and my transplant team closely monitors my levels. Like you, my team will notify me if there are any discrepancies. Sometimes there is a wait and watch because the level change is minimal. Other times, I may be asked to adjust the tacrolimus dose and get retested before the routine date.

I know how unsettling this can be! I hope that you will hear from your team soon.
Have you been sick or under the weather lately? How often are your labs scheduled?
