PMR Diet: Foods to eat and avoid

I've been putting on so much weight with the Prednisone after almost three years. It's time I took my diet seriously and try to get back on track. What are the do's and don'ts with specific foods . I can't find this on any of the discussions.

Go to Harvard's website, fownload their books on The anti-inflammatory diet, as well as the one about Chronic Inflammation. I have lost a lot of weight on it and my symptoms is better. Sugar is a big culprit. Also start with high intensity low impact exercise few minutes a day and stretching. Look for DailyOM for fascia release and exercise courses
