Thank you! These are helpful tips, and I do try Dr Fishborn's video every now and then.
I was also hoping if a medical professional on this site could comment on my bone improvement over the year and if I'm still considered to have severe osteoporosis.

Hello, I just thought I would let you know that the members of Mayo Connect are just like you, people experiencing a variety of conditions and learning how to manage. We don't have any medical specialists available to interpret test results - this is something to discuss with your medical team. They can provide a better analysis for you because they will take your total health and other conditions into consideration.
Have you asked the doctor for their opinion of your progress?
