Since your back is fragile, Margaret Martin has posted exercises that can be done with compression fractures.

Thank you! These are helpful tips, and I do try Dr Fishborn's video every now and then.
I was also hoping if a medical professional on this site could comment on my bone improvement over the year and if I'm still considered to have severe osteoporosis.
