What do you do for Neuropathy itch?

Thank you. I am waiting to see a Dematologist. My itch is absolutely crazy for 6 weeks now. I have reason to believe that I might be allergic to antihistamines. They definitely don't do anything for the itch. Maybe making it worse.

I take the supplement Quercetin with some Vitamin added in it. It’s is a powerful natural antihistamine. And I also take a Food Histamines blocker sold on Amazon, 15 min before I know I’m going to be eating a food high in Histamine such as raspberry, avocado, walnuts, dates, apricots, strawberries (there are more but those are the foods highest in histamine).
Ur itching will decrease a lot if u do this but incase of any spots of itching, use Sarna lotion over the counter. It’s amazing how well it works.
