I had a culture which came back negative for yeast. I called my ENT doc and sent him some pictures. He diagnosed me with white tongue.
No real treatments other than sipping water, good oral hygiene etc. Doc said it can come and go.
Probably caused by my lupus and all the drugs I’ve been taking for my rejection episode. In addition I got Covid for the first time. Sure that didn’t help.
I have my 3rd kidney biopsy since June on the 30th of this month to see if the treatments worked.
