Anyone had a prophylactic mastectomy for ADH diagnosis?

Diagnosed with ADH in February after a lumpectomy for a radial scar. I am on 6 month monitoring with mammos and then a MRI every other year. I wanted a DMX but was told that was considered an extreme measure in my situation and they would not do unless things changed. Positive thoughts your way!

What is a radial scar? Mine was found during screening mammo then ultrasound then core needle biopsy then excisional biopsy to confirm. Microcalcifications were the clue I believe
