Hope changes everything. When hope is lost everything is lost as long as we have hope there is something to hold on to. So my friends don't lose hope at any cost. Live with hope because it is something that will stand by you even when no one else does.

Hi sweetie never give up on hope at times we are faced with challenges in our lives and our faith gives us the strength to continue and work through this. If you feel that your depression is getting to much please go and speak to someone about the way that your'e feeling. And yes my sweetie you do have two beautiful children and they will give you the strength that you need, as they need you and love you as much as you do them. Always here anytime Annie

Everyone in life goes through ups and downs and I know how it feels to always feel down. Interestingly, I find that if I at least have faith and hope things appear a little less burdensome. You are stronger than you feel. You have most likely bounced back before and will do so once again. Happy New year..
