Multiple myeloma survivor: How do you live without fear of relapse?

Hi I'm a 12 year survivor of multiple myeloma my biggest problem is arthritis and I just want to live a fulfilling life without fear of relapse and pain from arthritis

Congratulations! It’s hard for me to discern which symptoms are related to disease and which are symptomatic of an aging body.
I don’t know how to avoid fear of relapse but I would say that 12 years is impressive!

@smithsuzanne404, multiple myeloma is such a beast when it comes to fearing relapse. The fear can be paralyzing when you just want to live your life without worrying about every out of the ordinary ache or anomoly with your health.
