Hi Kim,
I was diagnosed with Interstitial Lung Dz in Oct 2020. Started on Prednisone 40 mg and went down in 10 mg increments until at 10mg.
After 10mg I have titrated down 1mg per month to avoid a flare of my Sjogrens and AntiSynthetase.

What help has taking the prednisone done for you? I know it’s an anti-inflammation drug but what other if any effects does it have on Pulmonary Fibrosis?
