What was your PSA after salavage radiation therapy and ADT?

Many thanks your reply just wanted to check if you underwent CT & Bone scan before the surgery to check if cancer has metastasized. Also what are the chances of Nerve sparing in case of Robotic Prostratectomy surgery. Wishing you a very healthy & long life & May god bless you always

4 years after it went to L2 lumbar and then on Xtandi for a year
Now on 4th injection of Radium 223 or Xofgio and Xgeva plus Zolodex

No, my surgeon (Mayo) did a trans-perineal biopsy to find the cancer (which he estimated was 30-40% of my prostate), & recommended surgery ASAP (which he did the old fashion way). He was unable to preserve sexual function (ED) but was able to avoid incontinence (thank goodness). After the surgery they checked nearby lymph nodes & found cancer cells (metastasis). Started ADT & antiandrogen therapy.
Still fighting the battle 11 years later. Scheduled for a bilateral Orchidectomy Wednesday. Tired of getting the ADT injections!
