Loren Fishman's yoga is part of my regimen, too. Somewhere he recommended holding each pose for an optimal amount of time, maybe 40-60 seconds??

I love his program.. he suggests 12-72 seconds ( big range!!) but this is enough to stimulate osteocytes. Just hold long enough..but not so long tgat you lose form, which is most important.
