You are doing great - no doubt you will reach your goal. I bet you are in a minority continuing your therapy twice a day for 3 months, but it will be worth it in the long run! I had ACL/MCL replacement & repair almost 30 years ago, did therapy for 6 months, and got back to every prior activity without weakness or limp. And I had a very "complicated" hip replacement journey that ended with over 6 months of daily therapy - 11 years later, my hips are about the strongest part of me.
Keep your eye on the prize- long-term success!

Keeping your leg muscles strong is critical to keeping your new knees (or hips) as new as possible. The good news is that, for most people, the knees feel so good that exercise is a joy rather than a chore. I'm doing more than I ever thought possible and I'm 68 y/o.
