Hi I'm a 46 year old woman diagnosed first with peripheal neuropathy from an EMG 5 years ago when my thumb would stop shaking and my hands were burning. Since then the burning and numbness can be felt across the tops of my shoulders, my forearms and my calves. I get a tight feeling around my calves and if I'm wearing pants 10x too small. He put me on tegretol. I then got a few headaches a few dizzy spells and now nystagmus. MRI showed Hypersensitivity spots in the brain but said he ruled out MS. Next he said BPPV I went to physical therapist they didn't see BPPV. Next I got internal vibrations. I had a massive panic attack and 2 days later they appeared. My insides shake. It affects my calves my arms, chest and head. These vibrations are mainly when I wake up every morning or they wake me up during the night. The only ones I feel when resting awake are in my calves. I have asked my neuro is it MS is it Parkingsons he just says you don't have MS or Parkingsons right now. ...its small nerve fiber neuropathy office diagnosed I never had a punch biopsy as he said they are 50/50 for results.
He claims It's Peripheal neuropathy and small nerve fiber neuropathy Does anyone else have these same symptoms what was your diagnosis??
