Can’t believe 95 days out …. Just finished my last pt session my flexion is at 110 …. I am able to walk up stairs normally going down a little tuff but doing normally….my dr very impressed what I have regained he said I have exceeded his expectations ……he also said possible to go further …. I asked him when does it stop hurting lol …he said when you reach your ultimate flexion and are able to just hold it there …. Than in time pain will go ….. so for now I am still pushing …. Continue my exercise 2 a day , water therapy , mfr , and graston on back of my knee I had 2 sessions so far on back of my knee I think it helps…..so yes pt is done but work will continue lol ….

You're doing well ezas. 3 months out and 110 flexion, I'm guessing you'll get to 120. Stairs were the last thing that gave me trouble, especially walking downstairs. But as flexion increases and swelling decreases, that will diminish. Great job friend!

You are doing great - no doubt you will reach your goal. I bet you are in a minority continuing your therapy twice a day for 3 months, but it will be worth it in the long run! I had ACL/MCL replacement & repair almost 30 years ago, did therapy for 6 months, and got back to every prior activity without weakness or limp. And I had a very "complicated" hip replacement journey that ended with over 6 months of daily therapy - 11 years later, my hips are about the strongest part of me.
Keep your eye on the prize- long-term success!
Congratulations on your hard work.
