Hello @wabbit9, Welcome to Connect. I know CPAPs can be difficult to use for a lot of people. It took me awhile before I was able to use one without feeling suffocated. From what I've read the Inspire device doesn't work for everyone with sleep apnea. You might want to take a look at the manufacturers frequently asked questions and see if it will work for you - https://www.inspiresleep.com/faq/.
