You want to try a vitamin D and then re test some time later to see if it has brought your levels up. I found that a vitamin D spray or a liposomal version brought my levels up (around 80 now) whereas a regular D did not. Also if you take D you also need to take vitamin K.

Yes, I take Vit K too! Nice to know that other's are on the same page for their supplement support for NTM/MAC. Good one!

@irenea8 I take both Vitamin D3 and K2. K2 being much superior to K1 for various health reasons.
