I don’t think ours are the same then. Mine is one very small ulcer looking lesion on my left nasal septum. Nothing on my skin. I looked up what you were talking about and mine is nothing like that.

I have the exact same, small ulcer yellow but not an infection according to dermatologist and ent. Im using saline rinse, ointment, its been 3 months and no improvement whatsoever. I did have a functional nose surgery and i think its bc they used a non dissolvable stitch in the inside of my nose. Im so tired of this, i want it to heal badly. Is there anything that actually helped??
