Vocal Nodules
Right now I’m looking at the difference between vocal nodules and vocal polyps. So if anyone has good info let me know. But I was wondering why nodules are symmetrical.

@cecrow13 Did an ENT physician diagnose vocal nodules? Here is some information about vocal nodules and vocal polyps from the American Speech-Language-and-Hearing Association, This may answer your question as the etiology (cause) of vocal nodules vs. polyps is different.

2 ReactionsI have diagnosed vocal cord nodules. They are asymmetric; only on left cord. For me, it is very painfuul.
