Are you having any anxiety issues or is caffeine a problem? Either one can set me off….. I can only have 2 cups of coffee in the morning & then decaf or water for me the rest of the day….🙏❤️

Also maybe your thyroid is off….. I change to a natural thyroid medication called amour thyroid to get away from the synthetic one. Good Luck in your searching.

Every human has anxiety issues in this present crazy world
No I dont drink coffee at all except about twice a year I will enjoy a cappuccino. I'm glad you know what causes yours. 🌹
