Be sure to see reply above. I also use an inflatable donor for restaurants (lots of horrible metal chairs out there), airplanes, cars, etc. prevents the pain for kicking in in those 10 minutes!!

I am sure of my diagnosis. I have muscles in my pelvic floor that are always contracted.
