I have had Botox injection the last one in the rectum. Relief for 4-5 months. Amazing relief. Supposed to do PT afterwards then a series of 4-5 injections to solve the muscle memory problem. I also use Compounded Lorezapam recital suppositories, lay down if possible but not always needed, and a heating pad. Fight for these they are worth it. 1mg. Good luck
