Similar symptoms after course of levoquin left me with gastritis in 2010. I’m not a fan of PPIs so took only limited course. Most recent similar symptoms have been from a bout of Covid. Even with vaccine and booster. I’m using Hawthorne extract and tea. Reading some newer info on mast cell activation. Found some relief with Pepcid. But don’t trust long term use of any of these.
