Osteostrong seems too good to be true, and if they are "so good", I'd think they'd be FDA approved. I found a video online saying just that. I will try the yoga tapes, but with my deteriorating spine, I have to be careful. I continue to go the gym to work on core (core strenthening will help the spine), weight work and the treadmill.

Loren Fishman's yoga poses have modifications for osteopenia and osteoporosis. That should help!
