I have SFN and polyneuropathy. My feet and toes cramp so hard that they curl under. I haven't found anything that helps. I take 8 mg tizandine at bedtime . That helps knock out everything overnight but I can't take it during the day because it makes me sleepy. Some people may think that is a lot but I have been on it for over 10 years.

I too have the curling under problem. Now the dr. thinks I have PVD and recommended a surgeon. I take 150 mg trazodone and one HYDROcodone to sleep. The pain pill helps but is constipating, found help in food, tired of laxatives. I think it's time for me to find another doctor.
