Hello @dkubacki and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Have you been given a choice between the two or just doing some preliminary research of your own?

just got grading this week, grade 3 tumor

also I was only offered traditional xray radiation (MRT) therapy but read a bit that photon therapy seems to have similar outcome but less long term side effects and cognitive deficits. so, mostly doing my own research.
