After all that how are you doing currently. I think I am heading on a similar track. IMRT, ADT, ABIRATERONE. 1 year in. Psa approaching undetectable. I'm not banking on it staying there.

After radiation 4 yrs ago PSA <.01 on Zolodex injections

Taken off and PSA went to 26. Had a 1-inch cancer radiated from L2 lumbar

Back on Zolodex for 1 1/2 Yrs. PSA 1.2 for 12 months

Just this week PSA 4.22
Is this a concern??

Lab says its ok

In late 2021 I halted all further treatments. No more radiation no more cryo surgery, etc. My Doc said to wait until Lutetium was approved and we would go that route. So, next week I begin Pluvicto. Will run every six weeks until the end of may. Then 6 more weeks for final consultation. I admit I am deeply concerned about how I will react to this radical treatment.
