I am now 81 days out of revision…my flexion measured at 100 comfortable ….110 pushing it …. I am thrilled…. Slow and steady …. I think the pool is helping tremendously also just holding bend not until it hurts just comfortable just sitting with it for 10-15 minutes twice a day….I continue doing my other exercises twice a day …. Next Monday is my last pt appointment…. But I am ready to let go of pt we spoke today she showed me as much as she can …. In the coming weeks I am going to try and back off a little mfr I am still going twice a week …. Going to start once a week ….good luck to everyone else out there
