I had the exact same thing located on my PSMA PET CT, everyone at the practice said essentially what @colleenyoung is saying here. Very common usually nothing.

I have three sisters that are nurses, (a surgical, a NP, and a Hospice nurse) they never agree on anything clinically Haha! Yet, they all agreed it was most likely nothing and not to bother following up on absent symptoms and good liver enzyme numbers.
