I re-started Myrbetriq and I'm at about day 10 and can notice that I can put off going to the bathroom a little longer - maybe a minute or two. I was on Oxybutynin before and it goes to work right away. You take the pill at bedtime to help getting through the night. I think Myrbetriq is better but Oxybutynin is WAY cheaper. It's always a trade-off.

I'm wondering, was Oxybutynin working the same or better than Myrbetriq? If so why not stay on Oxybutynin--especially if it is cheaper. Also wonder if it allows you only a minute or two delay in going to the bathroom, wouldn't our goal be more than that? I checked with my insurance and found that the Myrbetrig would be $50 a month. Am checking into Gemtesa but it is not covered at all. Can't imagine how much it would be. Just trying to make the right decision.
