Hello, @skd43usa, and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. We do have some threads in particular where you will find members discussing repairs or other solutions for pelvic floor collapse:

- http://mayocl.in/2C0KEGU (on sacrocolpopexy and cystocele repair)
- http://mayocl.in/2oanxQV (on prolapse)

A couple of other resources you may find useful are the following:
- http://mayocl.in/2EwonhK (Mayo Clinic information on pelvic organ prolapse)
- http://mayocl.in/2EyFx2o (video with Dr. Yi from Mayo Clinic talking about pelvic floor disorder)

@coliemore, @darlia, @lynnmarie45 and @fox940 -- I'm also tagging you here to make sure you are aware of these threads and resources, in case you'd like to check them out.

@lisalucier..thank you for the consideration!..I do appreciate the thoughtful referral. Having a specialist for pelvic floor pain and loss of strength would really benefit you too @skd43usa. There aren't many of these special Docs out there but the one I used to see is very good. She recently moved to the Chicago area, so if you are in that neck of the woods, I can give you her name and you can look her up. It's Dr. Sarah Hwang. She knows what she's doing. Not a Mayo doc but I've not been to Mayo yet so I don't have a referral for this. I did post about the using of the pelvic tool called a Therawand..there is even videos on how to use it on the website where you purchase it. I believe it's just as simple as a search for Therawand.
