Welcome to Connect, @epohyag43,
While we wait for other members to share their insights, I thought you might wish to view these recent journal studies about chronic post-surgical pain (CPSP) after hysterectomy:

@epohyag43, may I ask what symptoms you're experiencing, that could be related to Crohn's disease?
Try Emory Clinic on Clifton Rd. or the one at Emory Midtown (Old Crawford Long Hospital). They have a great gyno team and they consult with each other. Emory has their profiles online so you can see which doc would be best for you to see. I would suggest Martinuzzi or Hill (Harvard Med grad) but all are great.
I am having the same issues. I first had a partial hysterectomy(10yrs. ago) Then because the problems persisted I had a full hysterectomy, cervix, ovaries, fibroids, everything (7yrs. ago). I still feel bloated, sore breasts, stomach cramping and emotional. What's going on? I think I detveloped Crohn's disease from years of taking pain medication for the cramps. I don't know what to do. I have told this to my OB/GYN over the years, but they don't seem to understand what I'm going through. On top of everything else, I'm 53 and in the middle of menaupause. I really need to find a good gyno. I live in the Atlanta area. Anyone know of a good Gynecologist?
